We stand behind the quality of our IPTV service. If you experience technical issues we cannot resolve, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

1. Our Refund Guarantee
XtremeIPTV HD offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you experience a verified technical issue with our service that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund — provided your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your original purchase.
Key Point: Our refund policy covers genuine technical failures on our end. It does not cover change-of-mind cancellations, device compatibility issues arising from unsupported hardware, or internet connection problems on the customer's side.
We encourage all new customers to take advantage of our free 24 hour trial before purchasing a paid plan. The free trial allows you to test channel quality, stream performance, and device compatibility at no cost and with no payment details required.
2. Eligible Plans & Conditions
The following plans are eligible for a refund under our 24-hour guarantee:
- Userline 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month plans
- MAG 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month plans
- Paid 7-Day and 15-Day trial plans
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date and time
- You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the technical issue (minimum 2 hours)
- The issue is confirmed to be caused by a fault on our servers or infrastructure, not your device, internet connection, or IPTV player application
- Your account shows no signs of credential sharing, VPN abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
- You have not previously received a refund from XtremeIPTV HD on the same or a similar account
3. Non-Refundable Cases
The following circumstances are explicitly excluded from our refund guarantee:
- Free trial plans: The 24 hour free trial requires no payment, so no refund is applicable
- Change of mind: Cancellations not related to a technical fault on our end
- Internet or ISP issues: Buffering or connectivity problems caused by the customer's internet service provider or home network
- Unsupported devices: Issues arising from devices not listed on our supported devices page
- Third-party IPTV player issues: Problems caused by the IPTV application (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, etc.) rather than our service
- Partial-period refunds: Refunds for unused portions of an active subscription beyond the 24-hour window are not offered
- Reseller credit packs: Reseller packages are non-refundable once credentials have been issued and accounts created (see Section 6)
- Terms violations: Accounts terminated due to abuse, credential sharing, or Terms of Service violations
- Duplicate purchases: Only refundable if reported within 24 hours and no credentials have been used
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support First: Reach out to our support team via email or our website contact form. Describe the technical issue you are experiencing in detail.
- Allow Resolution Time: Give our technical team at least 2 hours to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue. Many issues can be fixed quickly with server-side adjustments.
- Submit Refund Request: If the issue cannot be resolved, formally request a refund by providing: your order ID or email address used at purchase, a description of the technical issue, confirmation that you have already contacted support, and your preferred refund method.
- Await Confirmation: Our billing team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a decision.
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible regardless of the reason.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days, refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original purchase. We are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the purchase date and refund date.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us, as processing delays can occasionally occur at their end.
6. Reseller Plans
Reseller packages and credit bundles are subject to a different refund policy due to their nature:
- Reseller packages are non-refundable once the reseller panel credentials have been issued and any customer accounts have been created using the purchased credits
- If a reseller package is purchased but no accounts have been created within 24 hours, a full refund may be requested by contacting support
- Technical issues with the reseller panel infrastructure will be resolved by our team or compensated with additional credits at our discretion
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated credentials
- Permanent ban from future purchases with XtremeIPTV HD
- Reporting of fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant payment processors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but where our service has experienced significant downtime or degraded performance caused by our infrastructure, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit to extend your subscription period. Service credits are not exchangeable for cash and can only be applied to future subscription renewals.
