Buffering & Freezing

Buffering is usually caused by slow internet (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K), Wi-Fi interference, or ISP throttling. Try switching to a wired Ethernet connection, reducing video quality in your IPTV app settings, or using a VPN to bypass ISP throttling.

Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → your IPTV app → Clear Cache. Also ensure your Firestick is connected to a 5GHz Wi-Fi band rather than 2.4GHz. Our anti-freeze technology activates automatically on all plans.

HD streams require at least 10 Mbps, Full HD needs 15 Mbps, and 4K Ultra HD requires 25–50 Mbps for a smooth, buffer-free experience. For multiple simultaneous connections, multiply accordingly.
